The other week’s breaking news, thankfully wasn’t repeated during installation and the glazing went in without incident. So much so that the lads from Express Trade Frames turned up and said, like the bloke from Del Monte, ‘yes, that’s right’ (or something along those lines). Top job Mr B.
Talking of top jobs, Tom returned today to fit the front door – a truly momentous day – not only is the building watertight, it’s the first time in it’s history it has a front door (that goes somewhere)!
And, worthy of its own mini-series, the wall continues, between showers / downpours / typical summer weather, to grow.

And the odd job while it rains – putting the tricky bits of skirting off for far too long, get them done and the carpets can go in.
