Sunny day for solar
The prospect of adding 1,300 slates appears straight forward enough. To keep it entertaining we’re including rooflights and a 4KW solar array in the construction.
Purchased the array from the Renewable Energy Store, including the GSE integration system – ideal for use on tiled roofs but should work out with slate (the debate on the flashing kit will run for days, weeks, months, you get the picture).
Worth noting – allow a couple of weeks for the rooflight flashing kit (we also picked a rooflight size, for scale, that wasn’t on the standard list).
